2. Refund Policy A full refund will be provided if a cancellation notice is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time. If the consultation is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, no refund will be issued. Please contact us promptly if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

 

3. Limitation of Liability Baby Bloom Nutrition is not responsible for any adverse reactions, allergies, or other health issues that may arise as a result of following the dietary advice or recommendations provided during the consultation. The client is encouraged to consult with their healthcare provider before making any significant changes to their diet or lifestyle.

 

4. Consultation Disclaimer The advice and recommendations provided during the consultation are based on the information the client provides and are intended for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The client should consult their general practitioner or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or treatment plan.

 

5. Confidentiality All information shared during the consultation will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law. The client also agrees to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by Baby Bloom during the consultation.

 

6. No Guarantee of Results Baby Bloom Nutrition does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the consultation. The effectiveness of the recommendations may vary based on individual circumstances, including but not limited to the client's adherence to the plan, their health condition, and other factors beyond the control of Baby Bloom Nutrition.

 

7. Indemnification The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Baby Bloom Nutrition from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of the advice or recommendations provided during the consultation.

 

8. Amendments Baby Bloom Nutrition reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing, and continued use of the consultation services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
